We need someone who is organized and who likes to get phone calls. This person would take calls from those Outdoor Show participants who will not be attending a show. 1. Call list - calling members to let them know of changes of changes for meetings: examples -- weather cancellation, meeting time or meeting place change...whatever is needed for meetings.
2. Needed two or three people to price, display and sell donated art materials etc. brought into meetings. Sales will be before the general meeting, break-time, and at end of meeting. Money collected from this fundraiser will benefit the YAG general funds for operating expenditures. A chairperson for the group will be chosen. Donated art materials may be used and in good condition or new frames, brushes, papers, canvases, art books, paints, canvases, colored pencils, prints, notecards, etc.
3. Publicity - related to distributing flyers and advertising materials.
4. Making posters and flyers for shows and fundraisers.
5. Mailings - stamping and folding of letters and directories as needed.
